Future Unicorn
Description:
This will be awarded to a company with £1-5 million revenue ARR that has achieved the highest revenue growth and overall company health. We will be looking at your growth from your previous financial year, and look to shine a spotlight on those smaller companies that we back to be future unicorns.
You must work as a company director or be in the C-Suite team of said nominated company.
Nominations and judging process:
This award only has 1 round of entries that will then be put to our judges who will chose the Top 5 companies, and the ultimate winner that will be announced on the awards night.
Company Growth
Description:
This will be awarded to a company with £5+ million revenue ARR that has achieved the highest revenue growth and overall company health. We will be looking at your growth from your previous financial year, and will be a fantastic award to give exposure to large companies that are making moves.

This award only has 1 round of entries that will then be put to our judges who will chose the Top 5 companies, and the ultimate winner that will be announced on the awards night.
Account Management
Description:
This will be awarded to an individual Account Manager that has achieved the highest growth of book of business. We will be measuring NRR and taking into account churn rate, upsells and downgrades.

Customer Success
Description:
This will be awarded to an individual Customer Success Manager that has given exceptional client experience and retained customers in their books. We are looking for how this rep has gone above and beyond, and we would highly recommend including testimonials from clients in this submission.

There are 2 stages for this award. Following this round, the Top 10 reps decided by our judges, will be asked to submit a video no longer than 5 minutes explaining why they deserve to win this award.
Leadership
Description:
This award is to recognise outstanding performance and support from sales leaders. You must be leading a new business revenue function to be considered for this award, and will be measured off 3 criteria; D&I split across your hiring, performance across your whole team, and finally employee NPS.
Nominations and judging process:
There are 3 stages for this award. Following this round, the Top 10 reps decided by our judges, will be asked to submit a video no longer than 5 minutes explaining why they deserve to win this award. The Top 5 reps will then be invited to a virtual panel interview with our judges where they will be questioned on their leadership style, support they offer their team and the brand they have built internally and externally. The winner will then be announced on the awards night.
Making Moves
Description:
This award is to shine a spotlight on a woman in tech sales. A female any level of seniority can be nominated for this award and we will be looking for someone that performs, makes moves and supports other women in the industry. We understand the lack of female representation in the industry, so it’s important for us to create a space for women to grow and be recognised for their talent.
Nominations and judging process:
There are 3 stages for this award. Following this round, the Top 10 reps decided by our judges, will be asked to submit a video no longer than 5 minutes explaining their achievements and contributions to the industry. The Top 5 reps will then be invited to a virtual panel interview with our judges where they will be questioned on their performance, how they lift other women up and their success stories. The winner will then be announced on the awards night.
100 over 100
Description:
This is a leaderboard for the top performing SDRs and AEs in tech sales. You have to be a sales leader to nominate your sales reps, you can only nominate up to 5 SDRs and/or AEs and they must have been in that role for the entirety of the year. We will be looking at % achieved against target from January - December 2022. As we are taking their full 12 month achievement into consideration, you can include reps on ramp.
Nominations and judging process:
This award only has 1 round of entry. The Top 100 will be organised into 50 SDRs and 50 AEs and will be ordered from top performance %. Only 5 reps from each company can make the Top 100 leaderboard. The Top 10 will be notified that they have made the top, and then the Top 5 will be awarded trophies on the awards night.
Our Mission
Description:
This is the final award for The Elites, and will be awarded to a company that does the most to change the way people think about sales.
You cannot nominate for this award, instead our judges will decide which company out of the previous ones nominated for the other awards deserves to win. They will be measuring D&I strategies, their external brand and what they are doing to nurture junior talent to step up into leadership roles.
The Top 5 for each category will be notified before the awards evening that will be held on Thursday 18th May 2023 at The Grand Connaught Rooms.

Eligibility criteria
To submit a nomination for The Elites, you must follow the below criteria…
The company being submitted or that said rep works for must be considered a technology company or tech enabled which, for this purpose, is defined as a company that meets at least one of the following four criteria:
- Owns proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues;
- Devotes a significant proportion of operating revenues to research and development of technology
- Manufactures a technology related product
- Is technology intensive, or uses its own unique technology to solve problems
The company must be operating out of the UK
The rep nominated must have been in full time employment from January-December 2022
